Driver

A: To become a driver, you must meet our requirements for experience, licensing, insurance, and a good driving record. You can submit an application downloading our user-friendly app available for both Android & iOS and get all you need or through our website www.cueper.com, and we will review it. You will also need to pass a background check.

A: Our platform offers several advantages, including access to a larger network of potential users and drivers, streamlined transactions, reduced risk, and added convenience through our platform or services.

A: To ensure compliance with regulations and protect the company, customers, and drivers, we require all drivers to meet certain insurance and authority requirements. These requirements include:

For Intrastate Carriers/Owners:

1. Active USDOT and/or State Specific authority as needed: All drivers must have the necessary licenses and permits to operate legally in their respective regions.

2. $300,000.00 minimum liability policy: Each driver must have a liability insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $300,000. This insurance protects against any damage or injuries caused to third parties during the transportation process.

3. Cargo and/or on-hook insurance for hauling automobiles: To safeguard the vehicles being transported, drivers are required to have cargo and/or on-hook insurance. This coverage ensures that any damage to the cargo or towing equipment is adequately covered.

4. Cargo insurance per vehicle hauled: For additional protection, we strongly recommend drivers to have cargo insurance per vehicle hauled. While $35,000.00 is the minimum recommended coverage, we prefer drivers to carry $50,000.00. If a driver can haul a total of 10 vehicles, the cargo coverage should be at least $350,000.00.

For Interstate Carriers/Owners:

1. Active Motor Carrier Authority: You must possess an active motor carrier authority, either common or contract, with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

2. Liability Insurance: You need to maintain an active liability insurance policy of at least $1,000,000.00 in the company name or the name of the owner.

3. Cargo Insurance: You must have a cargo insurance per vehicle hauled, with a minimum coverage of $35,000.00 per vehicle. While $50,000.00 is preferred, we can accept a coverage of $35,000.00. For example, if you can haul a total from 3 to 10 vehicles, we recommend having at least $350,000.00 in coverage. Meeting these requirements ensures that you are adequately insured and compliant with regulatory standards. As a reputable booking service, we prioritize compliance and responsible practices, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience for all parties involved.

A: Yes, you can drive with your own truck! We welcome drivers who have their own trucks and are looking to join our towing crew. When signing up as a driver, simply provide the necessary details about your truck, including its year, make, model, and registration information. Our crew will review your application and ensure that your truck meets our requirements for safety and reliability. Once approved, you can start accepting customer requests and providing your service. Join our crew today and put your truck to work!

A: By the time, we don’t provide trucks for driving. Our towing booking service are designed to assist individuals who already have a vehicle in need of towing. A: You may be required to tow a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, watercrafts and more.

A: We take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of the towing vehicles, but accidents can happen. If a vehicle is damaged or stolen during the towing process, you as a truck driver must be fully insured with the mandatory insurance coverage to cover the damages or losses, as we mentioned in our terms and conditions to cover this issue if anything happen. However, it’s important to document any issue before the tow and take pictures of the damages if any, after the tow, for evidence purposes.

A: Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive an email containing your login detail to be able to drive. 

A: There could be a variety of reasons why your account has been banned. It’s possible that you violated the terms of use or company guidelines, engaged in fraudulent activity, or had suspicious activity on your account. It’s important to review the terms of use and company guidelines to ensure that you are following all the rules and regulations.
